We work with B2B software teams and may handle confidential materials during production (e.g., staging access, product flows, screen recordings, voiceover scripts).
Minimum necessary access
We request only what's needed for the project. No more, no less.
Recommended best practice
Clients should provide a staging environment or anonymized/demo data where possible.
NDA-ready
We are happy to sign an NDA before receiving sensitive materials.
Vendor/sub-processor support
We may use trusted production partners and tools to deliver the Services. These partners act as service providers and are bound to confidentiality where applicable. Our production partners include specialized motion graphics studios, voiceover talent, and post-production facilities—all operating under strict confidentiality agreements.
Retention & deletion
Upon request (or after delivery), we can delete project files from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal/accounting retention needs.
